Move Forward is a free local physical activity referral programme designed to support people living with cancer and beyond. The pathway offers participants Prehabilitation and Rehabilitation programmes delivered by specialist trained Cancer Physical Activity Coaches at a local facility. Move Forward aims to improve the physical activity levels and emotional wellbeing of participants at all stages of their cancer care journey.
