During our adult lives, a large proportion of our time is spent at work. Stress and mental ill health are two of the biggest factors contributing to long-term sickness absence across all industry sectors. An organisation with happy and motivated people is more productive and a good place to work; when staff feel supported, it will benefit both them and your business.

Give – volunteer your time. Thank someone. Smile.
Be active – any amount of physical activity is good for you.
