Olaf Hvattam, Active Ageing Chair and North Belfast Seniors Citizen’s Forum member commented:  “The programmes have been coordinated to support local older people in North Belfast to become more active through additional opportunities. Getting out and becoming more active can improve your mobility, confidence and give people an opportunity to meet new friends, so give it a go!’

Chairman of the Active Belfast Partnership, Andrew Hassard said: “Active Belfast continues to support programmes for older people in Belfast, to help them to be active and healthier. Everyone deserves the best health possible and we can help them achieve this by providing the right opportunities and support.”

No registration is required for each programme, just come along!
