Together For You supports Mental Health Awareness Week
This year the partners of Together For You have come together to support Mental Health Awareness Week (11th – 17th May), organised by the Mental Health Foundation.
The theme this year is about Mindfulness; “Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment, without getting stuck in the past or worrying about the future“, Mental Health Foundation.
As part of this week long campaign to raise awareness of mental health, Together For You will be down at the Dock Café in Titanic Belfast between 11.30am and 2.30pm Monday 11 May to Friday 15 May 2015.
This will be an opportunity to find out more about mental health, and find out about the support services available through Together For You.
Together For You will also be running a social media campaign via Twitter and Facebook, reminding people of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, including being active, giving, connecting, learning and taking notice (mindfulness).
Follow #MHAWNI to keep up to date with our activities this week. Also watch out for some of our new beneficiaries stories, helping us promote positive mental health.
