Chi Me Animal Frolics *MUST ATTEND ALL 3 DAYS
The BHSCT Health Improvement Team in partnership with LifeDock Training are offering a Chi Me Animal Frolics course. This online course is delivered over three 2.5 hour Zoom sessions.
The Chi Me Animal Frolics course is designed to enable leaders to deliver a fun activity session that creates a sense of calm and wellbeing for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities. Participants at the training will learn simple animal movements to promote relaxation, coordination, concentration, balance and confidence.
Chi Me Animal Frolics can help:
- Develop motor skills and coordination
- Improve balance, strength and agility
- Reduce anxiety and stress
- Develop self-control
- Improve focus and concentration
- Improve self esteem
Training suitable for anyone working with:
- Children and young people aged 5 – 16
- Adults or children with learning disabilities
- CAHMS Services
To register for the training courses please complete the registration form attached and send to ben.hanvey@belfasttrust.hscni.net before the closing date. Please note, participant numbers will be capped for the course.
