Most of us know when we are feeling mentally and physically well, but sometimes we need a little extra support to keep well.

There are five simple steps we can all take to improve our Emotional Wellbeing:

  • • Take Notice
  • • Keep Learning
  • • Give

The Belfast Strategic Partnership's Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Thematic Group launched a Take 5 campaign, which aims to raise awareness of the importance of Emotional Wellbeing and what we can all do as individuals, communities and as a city to promote wellbeing and reduce health inequalities in Belfast.

The Take 5 campaign is available online, on buses, billboards and radio.
